Wedding Prices
Formals Package $1000
You will receive up to 3 hours of continuous coverage. This package provides approximately 150 formal images. Included will be photos such as: the bride alone, groom alone, the couple together, wedding party, bride with her bridesmaids, groom with his groomsmen, bride’s family, and groom’s family. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book.
Ceremony or Reception Package $1500
You will receive up to 5 hours of continuous coverage. This package provides 200-300 images. Included will be all the formal pictures such as those listed in the Formals Package, as well as photographs during the ceremony. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book. The Ceremony Package also includes a FREE 6-image engagement session, 8x10 or 11x14 wedding print, and all original files from the wedding day on DVD.
Wedding and Reception Package $1800
You will receive up to 7 hours of continuous coverage. This package provides 300-400 images. Included will be all the formal pictures, the ceremony, formal photographs at a park or second location (time and weather permitting), and pictures of the dinner activities at your reception. This includes cutting the cake, the toasts and other head table festivities. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book. The Wedding and Reception Package also includes a FREE 6-image engagement session, 8x10 or 11x14 wedding print, and all original files from the wedding day on DVD.
Wedding Day Package $2200
You will receive full day continuous coverage. This package provides 400-500 images. Included will be all the formal pictures, the ceremony, formal photographs at a park or second location (time and weather permitting), the dinner activities, and through the first hour of the dance. This typically includes all the photographs done in the above packages plus the bride and groom’s first dance, the father-daughter and mother-son dances, and the garter and bouquet toss. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book. The Wedding Day Package also includes a FREE 9-image engagement session, 8x10 or 11x14 wedding print, and all original files from the wedding day on DVD.
Ultimate Keepsake Package $2700
You will receive full day continuous coverage. This package provides 500-600 images. Included will be candid shots of the bride and bridesmaids getting ready at the ceremony location, all the formal pictures, the ceremony, formal photographs at a park or second location (time and weather permitting), the dinner activities, and through the first hour of the dance. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book. The Ultimate Keepsake Package also includes a FREE 9-image engagement session including some outdoor poses, a 10x13” engagement session print in a 20x24” signature mat with Distinctive series frame, 50 “Save the Date” cards, all your wedding images online for viewing and ordering, reception cards to invite your guests to your online gallery, one 8x10 or 11x14” wedding print, a 10x10” 16-page contemporary album OR a 12-page traditional 8x10 album, and all original files from the wedding day on DVD.
Forever and Always Package $3300
You will receive full day continuous coverage. This package provides 600-700 images. Included will be candid shots of the bride and bridesmaids getting ready at the ceremony location, all the formal pictures, the ceremony, formal photographs at a park or second location (time and weather permitting), the dinner activities, and through the first two hours of the dance. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book. The Forever and Always Package also includes a FREE 12-imge engagement sitting including some outdoor poses, a pre-wedding studio portrait of the bride, a 10x13” engagement session print in a 20x24” signature mat with Distinctive series frame, 100 “Save the Date” cards, all your wedding images online for viewing and ordering, reception cards to invite your guests to your online gallery, one 16x20” framed wedding print, a 10x10” 24-page contemporary album OR 24-page traditional 8x10 album, and all original files from the wedding day on DVD.
Photojournalist Package Supplement $500
Available only with the Wedding Day Package, Ultimate Keepsake Package, or Forever and Always Package, you will receive the services of a second professional photographer. The second photographer will shoot in a style to capture the special moments of the day as they happen. This “informal” approach is a wonderful complement to the traditional wedding photography. The addition of this second photographer will provide you with 200-300 more photographs. You will receive all your images in a keepsake preview book.
All wedding packages include a pre-wedding consultation. We provide a complementary e-mail of an engagement photograph and a wedding photograph to the newspaper(s) of your choice upon request. Completion of contract and a non-refundable deposit of $500 will lock in the price and date of your wedding. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Albums
Many of these albums are FREE when you pre-purchase an Album Option! That’s right; you could pay less than the print cost when you pre-purchase an Album Option or Parent Album Option. All Album Option and Parent Album Option prices reflect a 10% discount. These options are only available before the date of your wedding. After your wedding, the albums may be purchased for full price. We can design the album you will treasure for the rest of your life.
Traditional Albums - These albums are beautiful leather library-bound books with specially cut mats to fit the print sizes and quantities listed. Some flexibility is possible for the albums with more than one print size in them.

Signature Mats
A signature mat is one 10x13” print in the center of a 20x24” double mat and frame. Use it in place of or in addition to a guestbook, have only the wedding party and family sign it, or leave it blank. There are many colors and styles available to match your photograph or your décor. The popular way to use it is with an engagement photograph displayed at the wedding and reception for your guests to sign. After your wedding, you can replace the engagement photo with a wedding picture. Prices include one photograph!

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a travel fee?
If the wedding and reception are with in the Janesville area (30 minutes or less travel-time), there is NO travel fee. Farther distances within one hour of Janesville will incur a nominal $50 travel fee. Locations over an hour away will result in a higher travel fee and, in some instances, may need to provide a hotel room.
What if you are sick on my wedding day?
This has not stopped us from photographing a wedding yet. If we are sick, we still provide our very best possible work. We have a contract with you, and you put your trust in us to capture the images of your special day. In an extreme case, there are fellow professional wedding photographers we could contact to perform the service for you. You would be notified if such an emergency took place. You are our top priority, and we promise to do our absolute best for you. Through fifteen years and three pregnancies, Kim has never missed a wedding she had booked.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, we have plenty of professional-quality backup cameras, lenses, and other equipment available in case of a malfunction.
When will we get our pictures?
Your keepsake preview book will be ready within 3 weeks. Finished prints take about 3-4 weeks to complete, and albums take about 6-8 weeks.
Can we have our engagement session outside?
Absolutely! It is included in the Ultimate Keepsake and Forever and Always Packages. With another package it is only an additional $25 to have a portrait session outside of the studio. We normally go to the upper park at Palmer Park or Rotary Gardens. If it rains the day of your session, we can reschedule at no extra cost.
Do we need to provide a meal for the photographer(s)?
It is necessary to provide a meal for the wedding packages that include the reception (not for the Formals or Ceremony Packages). It is several hours of work, and if we need to leave for a meal, we will miss key images. The Best Man’s toast, Maid of Honor’s toast, as well as other head table festivities can be delightful photographs for your album.
Can we have black and white pictures taken at the wedding?
Everything we shoot is in color, but anything can be transformed into black and white. This way, you have both options. Black and white prints cost slightly more per print, depending on size. We can also make photographs sepia (brown tone), black and white with select colorization, painted effect, or prints on canvas. Ask us for additional pricing information.
My relative wants her family photograph taken at the reception. Is that ok?
If it’s ok with you, it’s ok with us. These are your pictures we are there to take. Just be aware that when you allow people to have their picture taken, it is taking us away from you. The more photographs we take of them, the fewer we can take of you. You will have these images in your album, so the choice is yours. If you do not want to allow your guests to request a portrait, just let us know. We can handle the situation tactfully. Above all, this is your day!
